No. 02 What We Treat

Most patients wait years before asking.

Varicose veins, chronic leg heaviness, spider veins, and facial skin concerns are all common — and all addressable. The sooner you understand what’s happening, the simpler the solution.

Vein

Varicose Veins

Bulging, rope-like veins driven by venous reflux — the valve failure that lets blood pool. Aching, heaviness, swelling. Often insurance-covered to treat.

Vein

Spider Veins

Fine red, blue, or purple vessels on the legs or face. Cosmetic in most cases, but occasionally symptomatic. Treated with sclerotherapy or laser in minutes.

Vein

Chronic Venous Insufficiency

The underlying driver behind most leg vein symptoms. Damaged one-way valves let blood flow backward and pool. Untreated, it worsens over time.

Skin Texture & Tone

Sun damage, acne scarring, uneven texture, and dull complexion improve measurably with laser therapy, Dermapen microneedling, and chemical peels.

No. 03 How It Works

From first call to cleared veins.

Most vein treatments are completed in 3 straightforward steps. Cosmetic appointments are even simpler — often done the same week you call.

Step 01

Consultation & Ultrasound

We map your veins with diagnostic ultrasound to see what’s actually happening below the surface. Cosmetic consultations assess your goals and recommend the right approach.

Step 02

In-Office Procedure

Vein ablation takes about 45 minutes under local anesthesia. Botox is 15 minutes. Laser sessions vary. Everything is done right here — no hospital, no general anesthesia, no overnight stay.

Step 03

Walk Out & Recover

Most vein patients walk out the same day and return to normal activity within 24–48 hours. Cosmetic results develop over days to weeks, with little to no downtime for most treatments.

No. 04 Common Questions

The questions we answer every day.

Does insurance cover vein treatment?

Many vein procedures — including endovenous laser ablation and radiofrequency ablation — are considered medically necessary and are covered by Medicare and most major commercial insurance plans when accompanied by documented symptoms such as pain, swelling, or heaviness. Spider vein treatment is typically cosmetic and out-of-pocket. Our team verifies your benefits before scheduling any procedure.

How long does a vein ablation procedure take?

Most endovenous ablation procedures are completed in about 45 minutes. You will be in the office for roughly 90 minutes total, including prep and post-procedure monitoring. You walk out and can return to light activity the same day. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for about a week.

How long does Botox last?

Botox and Dysport typically last 3–4 months for most patients. With regular treatment, many patients find the effect lasts longer over time. Your first appointment includes a consultation to identify the right dosage and target areas for natural-looking results.

Can I get vein treatment and a cosmetic procedure on the same visit?

In many cases, yes — depending on what’s involved and how your body responds to your consultation. For straightforward combinations like a sclerotherapy session and Botox, same-day treatment is often possible. For ablation procedures, we typically schedule cosmetic treatments separately so you can rest comfortably afterward.
