Treatments

Every option. In-office.

From endovenous laser ablation to Botox and laser resurfacing — all performed at 9906 Riverside Pkwy, Tulsa. No hospital. No general anesthesia. Walk out the same day.

Part 01 Vein & Vascular

Closing the vein. Restoring the leg.

Most vein procedures are covered by Medicare and major insurance when medically indicated. We verify your benefits before scheduling so there are no surprises.

EVLA · Most Common

Endovenous Laser Ablation

A laser fiber is threaded into the diseased vein under ultrasound guidance. Precisely delivered heat seals the vein shut. The body re-routes circulation to healthy veins. The whole procedure is done in our office under local anesthesia — about 45 minutes, walk out the same day.

Best for: larger refluxing saphenous veins with documented venous insufficiency.

Quick Facts
Duration: ~45 min
Anesthesia: Local, in-office
Downtime: Walk out same day
Insurance: Usually covered
RFA · Heat-Free Option

Radiofrequency Ablation

A radiofrequency catheter delivers controlled heat to close the vein wall. Identical outcome to EVLA — the choice between them is made based on vein anatomy, diameter, and patient preference. Some patients tolerate RFA with less post-procedure discomfort.

Best for: patients whose anatomy or comfort preference makes RFA the better-suited option.

Quick Facts
Duration: ~45 min
Anesthesia: Local, in-office
Downtime: Same-day return
Insurance: Usually covered
Sclerotherapy · Spider & Small Varicose

Sclerotherapy

A specialized solution is injected directly into spider veins and smaller varicose veins. The vessel wall reacts, collapses, and the body reabsorbs it over several weeks. Sessions are quick, no anesthesia required, and compression stockings are worn afterward for a short period.

Best for: cosmetic spider veins, small varicosities, and post-ablation residual veins.

Quick Facts
Duration: 15–30 min
Anesthesia: None required
Downtime: Compression only
Insurance: Cosmetic = OOP
Varithena · FDA-Approved Foam

Varithena Foam Sclerotherapy

An injectable microfoam delivered under ultrasound guidance for tortuous, hard-to-reach varicose veins that are not ideal candidates for a thermal catheter. Varithena coats the vein wall and closes it without heat energy. Covered by most major plans when medically indicated.

Best for: winding tributary veins, recurrent veins, veins where catheter access is difficult.

Quick Facts
Duration: ~30 min
Anesthesia: Local at injection
Downtime: Short; walk after
Insurance: Often covered
VenaSeal · Non-Thermal

VenaSeal Medical Adhesive

A medical-grade adhesive is delivered into the diseased vein and seals it closed — no heat, no tumescent anesthesia, minimal bruising. Most patients walk out within hours. VenaSeal is particularly well-suited for patients who prefer to avoid thermal energy or for whom tumescent anesthesia is less desirable.

Best for: patients avoiding heat-based ablation; anatomy that favors adhesive closure.

Quick Facts
Duration: 30–45 min
Anesthesia: Local at access
Downtime: Hours, not days
Insurance: Discuss at consult
Microphlebectomy · Surface Removal

Microphlebectomy

Stubborn bulging veins close to the skin are removed through incisions so small they rarely require stitches. Done in-office under local anesthesia, often paired with EVLA on the same day for comprehensive treatment. Results are immediate and permanent for treated veins.

Best for: large, ropey, visible varicosities that are close to the skin surface.

Quick Facts
Duration: 30–60 min
Anesthesia: Local
Downtime: Compression; walk
Insurance: Usually covered
Part 02 Cosmetic & Aesthetic

Refresh. Contour. Renew.

All cosmetic procedures are performed in a clinical setting by our trained team. Results are natural, not theatrical — and most carry little to no downtime.

Neuromodulator

Botox & Dysport

The most requested cosmetic procedure in the world — for good reason. Botox and Dysport temporarily relax the muscles that create dynamic lines: crow’s feet, forehead furrows, frown lines, lip lines, and more. Results appear within 5–7 days and last 3–4 months.

15-minute appointment. No downtime. Walk out immediately.

Dermal Filler

Juvederm & Restylane Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume, sharpen contours, and address hollowing that Botox cannot. We treat midface volume loss, under-eye troughs, lip definition, nasolabial folds, chin projection, and jawline structure. Results are immediate and last 6–18 months depending on the area.

30–60 minutes. Minimal swelling. Reversible.

Laser

Laser Skin Therapy

Our laser platform addresses pigmentation, sun damage, redness, superficial veins, and skin texture. SmartXide DOT fractional CO2 laser resurfacing stimulates collagen production and dramatically improves skin quality over a series of sessions. Facial vein removal is also performed with laser precision.

Downtime varies by treatment intensity. Consultation required.

Body Contouring

Smartlipo Liposculpture

Laser-assisted liposculpture targets stubborn fat deposits that resist diet and exercise — abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and under the chin. The laser simultaneously liquefies fat and tightens the overlying skin. Performed under local anesthesia with minimal scarring and faster recovery than traditional liposuction.

In-office, local anesthesia. Compression garment afterward.

Microneedling

Dermapen Microneedling

Controlled micro-injuries trigger the skin’s natural collagen cascade. Dermapen microneedling improves fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture over a series of monthly sessions. Can be combined with PRP or topical growth factors for enhanced results.

24–48 hours of redness. Monthly sessions recommended.

Resurfacing

Chemical Peels & Facials

Medical-grade chemical peels address discoloration, texture, and early signs of aging with controlled exfoliation. Our clinical facials go beyond a spa experience — they are designed to complement and maintain results from laser and injectable treatments.

Peel downtime: 3–7 days depending on depth. Facials: none.
