Insurance & Payment

We verify your benefits before you arrive.

Vein procedures are often covered by Medicare and most major commercial insurance plans when medically indicated. Our team handles the verification so there are no surprises at check-in.

Accepted

Medicare

Most medically necessary vein procedures — including EVLA, RFA, and Varithena — are covered by Medicare Parts A and B when documentation of venous insufficiency and symptoms is on file. We handle the documentation.

Accepted

Major Commercial Plans

We accept most major commercial insurance carriers. Coverage for vein procedures depends on your plan, your specific diagnosis, and documented symptom history. Our billing team verifies your benefits before scheduling.

Self-Pay / Cosmetic

Out-of-Pocket Pricing

Cosmetic procedures — spider vein sclerotherapy, Botox, fillers, laser therapy, Smartlipo, and Dermapen — are typically self-pay. We provide transparent pricing at your consultation so you can plan accordingly.

Important

Coverage varies by plan and individual diagnosis. The above is a general guide, not a guarantee of coverage. Our team will provide an accurate benefits estimate specific to your plan before any procedure is scheduled. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first visit.

Your First Visit

What to expect when you arrive.

01
Check In & Intake

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of any current medications. Our team will complete your intake paperwork digitally.

02
Consultation

Your provider will review your history, examine your areas of concern, and — for vein patients — perform a diagnostic ultrasound to map the veins in your legs. This takes about 30–45 minutes.

03
Treatment Plan

Based on your consultation, we will recommend a treatment plan with all options explained clearly. We never recommend procedures you don’t need. Some patients can begin treatment the same day.

What to Bring
  • Insurance card & photo ID
  • List of current medications and allergies
  • Loose, comfortable clothing (for leg exams, shorts or loose pants work best)
  • Any relevant prior imaging or medical records, if available
  • Questions — write them down so nothing gets forgotten
